This Privacy Policy explains how TechKola, as operator of BuildKola (“BuildKola”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), processes personal data when you use buildkola.com, our applications, and related services.

1. Our role

We generally act as the data controller for account, security, verification, support, and service-operation data. An organization using BuildKola may separately control personal data it enters about its personnel or contacts. In that case, contact that organization first about its use of your data.

• profile and contact data, including legal name, phone number, country, and structured addresses;
• organization data, including membership, role, business details, and invitation records;

• payout-destination data, including provider references, bank name and code, resolved account name, currency, and masked account suffix;

We design BuildKola not to retain full bank account numbers after provider resolution, raw government identifiers, biometric data, or identity-document images unless a future feature clearly explains a lawful and secure need before collection.

• verify contact information, identity, organizations, and payout destinations;
